Meeting schedule

Registration opens at 9:00 AM, with the meeting beginning at 9:25 AM and closing at 5:00 PM. Poster sessions will take place from mid-morning.

Abstract Submission

The main round of abstract submissions has now closed. Due to space limitations, not all abstracts may be accepted.

Accepted abstracts will be presented in the poster session, with a select few chosen by the ECR Committee for short talks. All accepted abstracts will also be included in the official conference abstract compendium. The abstract book for the 2025 meeting is now available on Zenodo.

We will continue to accept late/breaking abstracts until Friday, October 2nd, 5 PM AEST. Please note that late/breaking submissions will only be considered for poster presentations (not oral presentations).

Local Organising Committee
